I. Termini e condizioni
1. Acquistando o facendo un'offerta si accettano le condizioni di seguito elencate.
2. Su singoli articoli non si accettano offerte. Sui set sono attivi sconti predefiniti e non sono previsti ulteriori ribassi rispetto al prezzo esposto, salvo modesti arrotondamenti.
3. La spedizione viene effettuata di norma entro 2 giorni lavorativi seguenti l'acquisto. La dimensione del pacco e già al livello più piccolo disponibile. In nessun caso si accetta di farsi carico delle spese di spedizione scontandole dal prezzo.
4. Nel caso in cui vi siano difformità nelle condizioni dell'articolo rispetto a quanto dichiarato contattatemi prontamente inviando foto o video che rappresentino il problema. In caso sussistano effettivamente dei vizi all'oggetto verrà avviato il reso e le spese di restituzione sono a carico del VENDITORE.
5. Nel caso in cui l'acquirente voglia rendere l'articolo ma non vi siano difformità rispetto a quanto dichiarato nell'annuncio, è comunque possibile entro i termini previsti dalle condizioni della piattaforma però le spese di restituzione sono a carico dell'ACQUIRENTE. Non possono essere restituiti articoli venduti sigillati che siano stati aperti se non si verificano le condizioni di cui al punto 4.
II. Linee guida per la comunicazione
1. Essere scortese e offensivo => bloccato
2. Polemizzare su condizioni o prezzo => bloccato
3. Fornire opinioni non richieste "Ma su Amazon costa..." "su internet lo trovo a...." "siamo su Vinted devi vendere a poco..." => bloccato
4. Richiesta di sconto >= 25% o riproporre offerta già rifiutata => bloccato
5. Non pagare, senza aver avvisato, articoli prenotati => bloccato

I. Terms and Conditions
1. By purchasing or making an offer, you accept the conditions listed below.
2. Offers are not accepted on individual items. Predefined discounts are active on sets, and no further discounts are accepted beyond the displayed price, except for minor rounding.
3. Shipping is usually done within 2 working days following the purchase. The package size is already at the smallest available level. In no case will the shipping costs be borne by us by deducting them from the price.
4. If there are discrepancies in the condition of the item compared to what was stated, please contact me promptly by sending photos or videos that represent the problem. If there are indeed defects in the item, a return will be initiated and the return shipping costs will be borne by the SELLER.
5. If the buyer wants to return the item but there are no discrepancies compared to what was stated in the listing, it is still possible within the terms provided by the platform's conditions, but the return shipping costs will be borne by the BUYER. Items sold sealed if opened cannot be returned unless the conditions mentioned in point 4 are met.

3. Providing unsollicited opinions "But on Amazon it costs...", "I find it on the internet for...", "we're on Vinted you have to sell it cheap..." => banned
4. Requesting a discount >= 25% or re-proposing an already refused offer => banned
5. Not paying, without prior notice, for reserved items => banned
