Welcome to my world, where I take vintage objects and turn them into decorative pieces of fun. I use very old plates which have seen a lot over the decades, and unsurprisingly they show signs of use. Their gold lustre is fading, they have tiny cracks or nibbles and their craquelure is crackling! To me, this gives each piece it's own character and charm. I don't use any filters on my photographs so any 'imperfections' are very clear. Please be aware that some of this crockery is nearly 100 years old but I believe it can carry on giving pleasure for many more years...
