Rare Vintage 80s L.L.Bean GORE-TEX Shell Jacket. 🇺🇸 Authentic early 1980s performance wear (Article No. suggests 1983 era, Made in Hong Kong). This piece is a fantastic find for collectors of vintage outdoor, Gorpcore, or 80s athleisure styles! It features a lightweight, metallic-silver 100% Nylon outer shell with GORE-TEX Lamination for a waterproof and breathable finish, lined with a neon yellow-green 100% Nylon Mesh for comfort. Second-hand condition is excellent vintage. No major stains, rips, or peeling of the GORE-TEX/lining observed. The fabric shows minor wrinkling/creasing common with this type of lightweight nylon. 🚨Crucial Defect Note: The stowaway hood is missing. The Velcro tab on the collar back remains, indicating it originally had a hood zipped or tucked away, but it is not present now.
